Standardized chemical pump

During normal production start-up, there is no need to inject liquid, and it has strong self-priming ability. It can replace the widely used submersible pump (low-level liquid transfer pump) and can be used as a circulating pump, tanker transfer pump, self-priming pipeline pump, and mobile pump.

Install a regulating valve on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump and a pressure gauge near the pump outlet to ensure normal operation within the rated head and flow range, and to extend the service life of the pump. After long-term operation of the pump, if the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection. If necessary, vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year. Pay attention to the instrument reading and check for shaft seal leakage.
