How to troubleshoot and solve the overheating of Dalian Chemical Pump Motor

Overheating of Dalian chemical pump motors is a common fault phenomenon in chemical production, which may lead to equipment damage, production interruption, and even safety accidents.

1、 Analysis of the causes of motor overheating

1. Electrical system reasons

Voltage abnormality: High or low voltage can cause the motor to overheat

Current imbalance: Three phase current imbalance exceeding 10% will lead to increased temperature rise

Winding fault: winding short circuit, grounding or insulation aging
