Static debugging: Turn on the electric motor, observe the operation of the chemical pump, check whether each component is running normally, and whether there are any abnormal sounds.
Dynamic debugging: Connect the chemical pump to the conveying medium, gradually increase the working load of the pump, observe the operation of the pump, and check whether the inlet and outlet pressures of the pump are normal.
Adjustment: Adjust the working parameters of the chemical pump according to the actual situation, such as flow rate, head, etc., to ensure the efficiency and stability of the pump.
3、 Installation and debugging precautions
Safety first: During installation and debugging, attention should be paid to personal safety, wearing protective devices and using necessary safety tools.
Adhere to standards: The installation and debugging process must be carried out in accordance with the design drawings and operating specifications, and must not be modified without authorization.
Vibration prevention: During installation, ensure that the pump base is flat and firm to avoid vibration during pump operation.
Process monitoring: During the debugging process, the operating status of the pump should be monitored at all times, and problems should be detected and dealt with in a timely manner.
Reasonable debugging: During the debugging process, the parameters of the pump should be adjusted reasonably to ensure that the working performance of the pump meets the design requirements.
