Stability of chemical pump operation

Dalian Chemical Pump is an energy-saving pump jointly designed by the whole country. The pump's energy and technical requirements are designed according to the performance and size specified in the international standard ISO2858. Used in situations where low noise is necessary; Used for boosting, suitable for transporting corrosive, explosive, particulate water or liquids; Suitable for pipeline pressurization. The bearing frame, shaft, impeller, packing box, and other components of the CZ series pump form an integral part and are made into a withdrawable rear door structure, so there is no need to disassemble the pump body connected to the pipeline during maintenance.

If an extended coupling is used, the motor does not need to be removed. The axial force of the pump is balanced by the Fu blades on the impeller rear cover plate or the sealing ring and balance hole on the rear cover plate, and the residual axial force is borne by the bearings. The pump body of some specifications is designed with a double vortex chamber structure to balance radial forces. The size of the shaft diameter is relatively sufficient to ensure the stability of the pump operation.

Most metals are rapidly corroded and destroyed in nitric acid, and stainless steel is a widely used nitric acid resistant material with good corrosion resistance to all concentrations of nitric acid at room temperature. It is worth mentioning that molybdenum containing stainless steel (such as 316, 316L) not only has no better corrosion resistance to nitric acid than ordinary stainless steel (such as 304, 321), but sometimes even inferior. For high-temperature nitric acid, titanium and titanium alloy materials are usually used.
